In around 80 days, 'Sean's Yellow Dwarf,' an early to mid-season dwarf tomato variety, presents robust, wrinkled, and regular leaf plants with high productivity. The fruit of this variety is smooth, medium-sized, and flattened, boasting a bright yellow exterior and a pale yellow interior, offering a refreshing and delicious flavor.

Developed within the "Dwarf Tomato Project," 'Sean's Yellow Dwarf' was carefully selected from the "Witty family," which originated from a cross between 'Budai Torpe' and 'Cherokee Green.' This variety is the result of collaborative efforts by Patrina Nuske Small, Lee Newman (who named it after his friend Sean, where it first appeared in his garden), Linda Stormes, Ginny Bishton, Ruth TenBrink, and Craig LeHoullier. It was introduced in 2014, with each seed packet containing approximately 20 seeds.
