Arriving in the late season, 'Dwarf Goldfinch' showcases rugose, potato leaf plants that yield plentiful medium to large, reaching up to ten ounces or more, bright yellow oblate-shaped tomatoes, boasting a well-balanced and delightful flavor.
The "Fancy" family originated from a crossbreeding endeavor led by Sherry Long, involving a selection from the Dwarf Tomato Project's "Sunny" family and 'Orange Pear'. 'Dwarf Goldfinch' was carefully chosen and named by Craig LeHoullier. Significant contributions were also made by Susan Oliverson, Dan Follett, Dee Sackett, Suzanne Dzejachok, and Hudson England, with the final seed selection grown out by Bill Minkey. Each packet contains a minimum of 20 seeds.
