In approximately 84 days, 'Clare Valley Pink,' a compact dwarf tomato variety, displays robust, wrinkled, and regular leaves, producing generous yields of round, pink-colored tomatoes. These tomatoes range in size from small to medium and offer a nicely balanced flavor profile.
The "Grumpy" family originated from a crossbreeding effort conducted by Patrina Nuske Small, involving 'Black from Tula' and 'Budai Torpe.' 'Clare Valley Pink' was carefully chosen and named by Patrina, with contributions to the selection process from Craig LeHoullier and Ted Maiden, while Bill Minkey was responsible for growing out the final selection. Each packet of seeds contains a minimum of 20 seeds.
